spork
Terms of Service
Last updated: March 22, 2026
The short version
Spork helps you find restaurants. It's free, it's simple, and we want you to enjoy using it. Here's what to know:
Restaurant data
Restaurant information comes from OpenStreetMap, a community-maintained open database. This means:
- Data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
- Hours, phone numbers, and addresses might be wrong.
- A restaurant showing as "open" might actually be closed.
Always verify details before making a trip. We're a starting point, not a guarantee.
Your account
- You need a valid email to create an account.
- You're responsible for your account's security.
- We can suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.
Don't abuse it
Don't scrape, spam, or try to overload the service. Don't use Spork for anything illegal. Just use it to find food — that's what it's for.
No warranty
Spork is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and useful, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that you'll love every recommendation.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top.
